Always helpful, easy to book appointments. Everything is always explained well and plainly. Only thing with noting is they do not have overnight facilities.

We have used companion care in Salisbury for years and would never go anywhere else! We would trust Sandra and Malcolm with absolutely everything, our cat recently went in to have her tooth removed and she went in happy and came out happy! She was very pleased with all the attention she received from the staff, she loves going to the vets which speaks volumes! 😻

I found the team at Companion care vets Salisbury to be fantastic from the moment I had to book my dog in with reception who were friendly and helpful, right through to the care and surgery my little dog received! Sandra the vet is a very thorough professional and explained everything to me, and mine being an elderly dog...put my mind at ease. My friends and family with their pets have also had great care and service from this team...thank you so much guys ❤

Just rang vets spoke to receptionist Emma who was unprofessional and rude, I understand busy times and covid measure but my dogs eyelid was hanging off after being attacked by another dog this morning, my vets is closed on Sundays and to be honest I don't have enough money to pay for £300 OOO fee as I already had to pay out this month for my cat, my mots due and its covid times, I was just ringing for advice as to whether it could wait or if possible I could be seen (still expecting to pay quite a reasonable sum, not asking for anything for free). Something along the lines of we are very busy and its not really our problem that the OOO vet fee is too much for you... I appreciate they have to prioritise their registered animals but the general attitude was rude and hostile. I am actually looking to change my dogs vets just as its a fair bit more expensive than anywhere else, and I was considering registering with companion care as my cat is already registered with pets at home vets. A vets in Southampton has happily agreed to see me aware of the fact they are out of my area, but put the concern of dog first. For a vets supporting a pet store reliant on a good brand name for many aspects of pet care, treating worried customers this way does not scream great business practice. Especially when everyone knows pets at home store is marginally overpriced but people rely on in store expertise and employee support. Again I appreciate they are busy and I am not a formal client, and if they were too busy but polite I would have completely understood but a receptionist with a bit of customer respect and decency would have been minimum I expected.

Great vet, have always used them for my dog, who is now 6 and just as clumsy/daft as when she was a puppy. Really easy to get an appointment and the staff are always lovely. I have rung them up in a panic on a few occasions because I was worried about the dog and they always squeeze me in that day. They are also great at follow up, calling to see how things are after treatment. I have never doubted their advice.
