I have had outstanding service from Keys letting agents. It is a scary process to let out a property, however Kelli and the team have been very professional, gone above and beyond and found the right tenants for my property when I purchased it in 2017 who are still in the property which is a good sign of good tenants and a great agent.
Over the last 3 years I have not had to worry about yearly safety checks such as gas and electric, smoke alarms and fire safety equipment, they have taken care of all of this for me.
A thorough assessment and itinerary was carried out prior to letting and regular visits are carried out to ensure my property is being looked after and I have not had to worry about missed payment on rent. I can not thank them enough and I can sleep at night knowing I do not have to worry about my properties.
Very unprofessional real estate company. The staff is slow, 100% don't use this company. you must lost money. So rubbish...........
