Tony responded to my request for a quote faster than any other company, many not responding at all. He called round within hours, gave a quote on the spot and a day when he could do the job. His ' boys ' arrived when he said they would, which was important as we don't live at the property. When they left there was no mess, we wouldn't have known they had been there apart from the new guttering and fascia of course. Highly recommended 👌

Hi used HFAC for My damp problem which has been getting worse over the last year i was quoted and booked in within 24 hrs I was made to feel a valued customer Tony was very responsive and insightful very knowledgeable and experienced. John and Rick were clean hard working perfectionists. Having had this experience has made my Xmas and been something positive to come out of 2020! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be using again thanks Tony and team!

I needed a new flat roof above a bay window and from making the first phone call to the job being done was less than 48 hours. Tony called at my property within a couple of hours of my call - he was very friendly and informative but most of all, such a generous guy. He found some offcuts of fascia in his van which he said I could have, no charge and when he came the next day he had brought some insulation with him which he said he would supply and fit also for free. An angel in disguise! A great job done by the team and I would certainly recommend this company.

We had an emergency situation where we needed an extraction fan chimney flue to be fitted that day, and Tony responded immediately and had two guys there in the afternoon. The job was completed to our satisfaction by the end of the day. After heavy rain we discovered a leak in the roof (not their fault) which was repaired by the end of the day.

Tony got back to my query promptly and came out to quote the job within the hour. He had capacity to start the job within a few days and he confirmed the details over email. His team arrived on time and completed the work within the day. The work was to fix guttering, which was leading to rainwater leaking into the house, however since Tony's team came out this has all been sorted and is no longer an issue for us. Thank you!
