Absolutely Ridiculous, removed my wife from their patients list because she hadn't had an appointment since the lockdown period started!
Legends never have any issues been there since a kid and recently fixed a lot of pain I was in on short notice.
Sounds like it could be a good practice however not very helpful for me. Rang them last year to get on the waiting list. They agreed I could be put on waiting list, not heard anything so rang them back today they then tell me that because I missed two appointments in 2010 I couldn't be put back on the waiting list they knew this last year so why didn't tell me this then. I understand that missed appointments can be frustrating but I wasn't aware I had missed any until I rang them last year.
Visited this dentist on an emergency appointment, greeted by a very courteous receptionist who was more than willing to help. Once called the dentist that treated me (Millie) and her assistant were polite, informative and patient to listen and answer all my questions. 20 minutes of treatment later I was pain free and my faith in the dentist was restored after a previous bad visit in another practice. Highly recommend this dentist fab service.
This was my dentist for years. No problem at all until I had to cancel an appointment because work would not give me the time off and the dentist kicked me out and banned me from there! I've never missed an appointment until that day! Now they won't accept my 7 year old because of me! I don't understand why they won't accept him because I cancelled? Would not recommend unless you don't plan on cancelling ANY future appointments
