As always a First Class Service provided by the staff at Malpas dental practice.
I haven't a bad word to say about them, they have always treated me with the utmost respect, provided me with all the necessary treatment I have needed and advise when I have needed it.
Everything went fine. Besides, with the current situation (COVID-19), it was pretty well managed and all the health and safety rules have been perfectly put in place.
Staff is friendly, and welcoming.
Treatment was quick and well done.
I highly recommend to go there if you have any issues with your teeth.
I was reassured by the questioning the day prior to my appointment. I was given clear instructions when I phoned the mobile number to advise of my arrival. Social distancing was observed in the reception, I was the only patient in there. The dentist put me at my ease and explained the options available to me on a scale of need and advised the best course of treatment to start with. I felt I was included in the decision making process and clear on what was to be done. The dentist was very good at explaining what she was doing and preparing me for what was to come next. I assume there was no mouth rinse to reduce the risk of airborne droplets?
I have an excellent dentist who's always very fair in explaining what needs to be done and what options there are. The rest of the team are friendly and efficient
Overall great experience! The doctor was so nice, friendly professional and quick. The communication with the whole place was spot on. It was a case of emergency and I have never visited this place before but I felt like a valued customer. Will be coming back and definitely recommend!
