Dates on food absolutely shocking.being a male I just throw it in basket on getting home dates have been up next day on several occasions. And in this trying time been treated like a second class citizen been made to q for 75 minutes in a big q when theres only 6 people in the shop.shopping and I got to stand in q topping up my chances of catching covid 19 did not expect this from Mark's and Spencer

I am extremely concerned that BP are not protecting their staff and Customers in Marks and Spencer Simply food. There are no screens between staff and customers and when I paid I was not 2 metres away. There are markings and a cordon outside but people standing outside the shop. Notice on door allow 3 in shop at one time but not policed by staff and a member of staff was stocking up?

Arriving late after gruelling journey around Newport. Twice . Because of road closures. Met friendly helpful staff. A welcome take away coffee and a cheese toastie. One young lady went to the trouble of writing down the postcode to put into sat nav to get us on the right route home. And she did the same for others who were also lost. Bless her. A welcome stop. Thank you.

Clean tidy and well turned out but you wouldn’t shop there too often. Usual M&S high prices + filling station franchise additional markups.

Waited by hot food in queue for a long time, only to be told that I had to join another long queue to pay for food you can't see, then rejoin the original queue to wait and get your food to be warmed up. Even though the food area has its own till. I enquired as to why the staff didn't inform me, or at least have signage, while I waited in the first queue. I was then threatened by a chavvy roadworker friend of M&S staff that was in the store at the time. M&S standard of customer service failed badly today.
