Having moved to Carmarthen 10 months ago, we were unsure which vet we register Teddy with and we went with Vets4Pets whilst we settle down.
However, we never had a good feeling about the practice and one of my neighbour recommended Carmarthen Vet centre - straight away, we had a very good feeling from the initial welcome and the professionalism.
Nicola is such an amazing vet who really deserves so much credit for the attention she gives to the pet and very detailed in her explanation. We've automatically felt at home especially that Teddy was having a big operation and we appreciated Nicola's direct approach.
Also, special mention to Alison for the love and care that she gives to Teddy- this is by far the best practice we've come across.
Everyone at this practice is very welcoming, friendly and professional.
We can't thank you enough and you are our heroes for what you've done to our little boy.

On Saturday we had to take the decision to have our lovely cat Tom put to sleep. It was a terrible decision for us to make. The staff there treated us with great sympathy and respect. Even with this awful coronavirus pandemic we were both permitted to be with him and say last goodbyes. We will always be greatful for the caring attitude show by all the staff we came into contact with. Please thank them on our behaif. We are truly greatful.
