Willows provided the flowers for my wedding, which were beautiful. I had a picture of a bouquet that I had seen, as the only guidance, the arrangements were better than I could have imaged, the colours and textures were perfect!!

A fabulous florist, who's website was easy to navigate, with plenty of photos to show their displays and give ideas. I ordered flowers for my Father's funeral by phone and Willows were friendly and professional, guiding me to achieve what I was looking for. The displays were stunning just as I hoped they would be. I recommend Willows.

Whilst the staff are friendly and efficient I thought I was spending my money on a bouquet of flowers. I was greatly saddened that £50 only paid for 6 roses at £3.50 each, 3 lilies, 3 small bunches of daisies and very small spiky purple flower and the rest of the bouquet (at least half of the bouquet) was just leaves and not very special ones at that. I have since been warned that Willows are for the people who have more money than sense and I couldn't agree more. I felt ripped off. And to add insult to injury, there was an additional £5 delivery fee. Avoid unless you enjoy throwing your money away.

Willows made the most beautiful funeral wreath for my mother's best friend. The gorgeous flowers and arrangement were more than we could have wished for. It's was a beautiful tribute to a very special lady. Couldn't thank the ladies at willows enough. Fantastic service too.

Husband ordered flowers for our ruby wedding and paid i think about 60ish pounds, when it arrived the arrangement was small for what we paid for. Also the flowers were white and green, not what i wanted.Expressed our dismay to staff they tried to deny responsibility and are saying its interflora fault for sending them the small vase that they did not have control over. They said they would contact interflora but i am not holding my breath, as they will prob deny responsibility as well. My husband is a lovely man and he did apologize to me for the flowers, and did say they were not good. I am usually easily pleased and dont usually complain but i agreed with him. There is a good florist in brighton road redhill, and lesbourne road reigate, and dorking, where i have got some fantastic flowers. if interflora sort this out i will post another message, but fear i will be fobbed off by them, as they just seem to want to make money out of the current covid, i do hope this is not the case. Its a shame as generally i am easily pleased and dont complain, just dont want to see my husband ripped off, he was upset for me. I counted 4 blooms and 6 pieces follage, willows had the nerve to say this was the full compliment for the money, we paid about sixty pounds for 4 blooms. Today good news interflora said they would refund the flowers, today we have got the refund, thank you willows for this, problem resolved
