From start to finish, the service was first class, on our first visit to the shop Joanne was very helpful in finding the colour samples we wanted,then, when James came to measure, he was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the fitting, especially the underlay, the price was about what we expected. From paying our deposit we were kept well informed of the delivery times and a date for the fitting was sorted very quickly. The carpet fitters were very efficient and did a fantastic job in super quick time, and also cleared up and bagged all the offcuts. Excellent and friendly service from start to finish, will definitely use treadwise again.

I had kitchen and bathroom flooring from treadwise and am so pleased with the results. My home has had a proper face-lift, for a small amount of cash. Money well spent and the service was superb from the moment I walked in the shop right through to the home visit for measurements and finally the fittings. James and Joanne, can't do enough for you. I hope their business prospers and flourishes as they deserve success... One very happy customer😃😃😃

Fantastic friendly customer service, everything explained properly. We are over the moon with the corner suite the quality and design, so so very comfy, even the delivery was spot on the time in which they said they'd be here within 5 mins which I also thought was fantastic no hanging about. Can't thank you enough huge huge thank you.
