I had a very bad experience with this company which lasted weeks! Husband bought me a gorgeous diamond ring £295 had to £20 to re-size when I had it back it snagged on every bit of clothing that I wore! My husband bought this ring for our 40th wedding Anniversary. The lady sent it back to their Customer Services. They sent it back with acknowledgement "That it's made like that!" What! I was furious, so I refused to take it from their shop the girl had great empathy and told me she would ask for a full refund......weeks later I had a full refund!
