Always Fantastically professional and easy to use company, I do understand you can’t please everyone but the 1star reviews on here seem rather odd the customer service my team receives is second to none! We’ve used Solo since they took over from Dyfed Cleaning. We currently have a range of hotels across Wales that require laundry/linen. The whole process, week after week has been nothing but unprofessional and unreliable. The very fact this service is supposed to provide clean items is simply impossible. Customer service is non existent. I really would advise anyone requiring commercial laundry to avoid.”
