I was so pleased with the service I had this week. I took 2 pairs of curtains in to be washed on Monday. The lady I spoke to was very informative, and explained there could be a little shrinkage, but she would do her best, and they would be ready for Friday. I had a text today (Thursday), to say they were ready so I collected them.
They were perfect and smelt lovely. I will definitely use Total Care Laundry in Maesteg again. Thank you so so much for your service.

Well well I have never come across such a rude and unhelpful person in my life.
Spoke to her sat and explained I had a fire in my house so needed to wash things that were smelling of smoke told me to bring it in Monday.
Went this this morning to be met by a miserable sod who said inwas late bringing them in and said 10 people had beat me to it! Needles to say I left!
Really pleased - clothes came back smelling lovely!
Very unhepfull and blunt on the phone
Spoke with the lady on the phone before coming down. Was extremely rude, unhelpful and patronising. I told her i didnt think i wanted the service, as she was being extremely rude on the phone. Then the lady proceded to sarcastically state "fine", then hung up the phone. It was not a very pleasent expirience and I didnt even get to speak with her in person. I have to say if she has this kind of attitude on the phone I dread to think how my laundry would have been returned to me. Will not be returning to this place ever again. I advise everyone else do the same.
