Had my audi S4 avant in for a service/ mot and a remap. Excellent service from start to finish. Kept me in the loop all the way through the service. Had a Revo stage 1 remap which has reached all my expectations. I would highly recommend these guys as the service you get, you just don't experience very often.

From the first phone call through to collection of my car, they've been professional, friendly and kept me up to date every step of the way!
I was offered a courtesy car whilst mine was in for repair, and within hours of dropping my car off to them, I had an email with a full health check sent over explaining other little things they'd picked up on that I'd need doing ready for my next MOT.
I dealt with Daniel throughout and his customer service and knowledge is second to none! He was on hand straight away to let me know when the technicians found another fault whilst they were carrying out the repair, he explained exactly what had happened and got the new part ordered in and fitted the following day. They even kept hold of the faulty part to show me the damage when I came to collect the car.
When I came to collect, my car had even been given a wash, a nice touch and put a smile on my face collecting a clean car haha!
My car is now happy and healthy, and so is my wallet! Much better than main dealer service and far better than main dealer pricing, I'll be coming back to LVS for all my repair and servicing needs from now on!

Really good service value for money and friendly cannot fault it at all
100% restored my faith and a fantastic service . Totally recommend LVS .. Always a daunting experience for someone who knows nothing about car maintenance . Have been duped by other companies into paying out crazy prices for MOT and servicing... Not any more!
On the way to Stansted airport 28th Feb at 7.45 a.m pulled into LVS with a burst rad hose.Within 20 mins a very helpful mechanic diagnosed and repaired the catastrophic failure and sent us on our way to successfully catch our flight.Fantastic friendly professional service - would give 10 stars if possible- thoroughly recommended.
