I ordered a silicone hose 90 degree reducer on Tuesday the 20th October 2020, spoke to Paul with my requirements and by Wed 21st my order was here perfect all round experience thank you

Poor after sales experience. Bought a silicone hose kit for my car, when fitting it turned out a hose was missing. Purchased full ancillary kit so stands to reason it's included. Contacted Paul who was initially helpful, supplied photos of original black rubber hose. Pointed out that it's in the face lift kit but should be in both as both cars use that particular hose. Assumed he would send the other one out. However the following day he sent me an email asking for extra money, I tried to explain that you shouldn't advertise something as an ancillary hose kit if it doesn't contain all the hoses. The additional money was unwarranted as the cost difference between kits was around 2 pounds. It would be been a simple case of admitting you made a mistake and sending the product on. Instead Paul now refuses to email me back. Now you will have a negative review on here and also Facebook and for what ... A couple of quid to post it out. Extremely disappointing as the product itself is of a high quality, the aftersales and customer service appalling though. Would not recommend on the basis that if you need something extra ( that you should of got ) you will likely have to pay extra for it.

Brought a kit for my MK2 Astra fitted with a C20LET engine Paul found me the right kit for the job then managed to get it made & shipped out to me within 2 weeks after originally being quoted 4 week turn around, great service great product will be back

Custom hose kit ordered and arrived within a week and a day. Fantastic service over phone and looks great.

I needed urgent delivery of a red hose from Roose. Paul said they would pull out all the stops and indeed they did. Arrived before time, great service.
