Beautifully kept forest. Suitable walks all levels. Great access for cyclists with intermediate level bike trails. Nice cafe/food facilities and plenty of parking. Go ape can also be accessed from the main site.
A bit wet and muddy but still enjoyable. Both ticket machines by entrance not working not maintained and alcohol gel machine by them empty. Needs better maintenance
Excellent walking venue. Lots of parking and lovely guided forest walks. Great for all of the family and go ape is brilliant.
Lots of newly signposted routes around Forest with different distances from 1 to 5 km plus cafe and toilets and dogwash and a few other outlets.
Well worth a visit.
Also a great atmosphere when the Parkrun is open.
We've gone to the Wyre Forest several times this year and it's been great. The cafe is OK but very expensive for what it is. Two toasties and two coffees cost £18. It was a good toastie though so credit where its due. The forest is breathtaking, huge and full of places to walk. It's fairly pram friendly, though a bit bumpy in places. Highly recommended for a day out.
