Gave us good advice on houses. He was able to go through numerous houses and advised us on the most suitable house. He helped us evaluate the house price and give us an adequate price which us and the seller agreed. He was also available any time to give us advice.
Arranged a viewing for 16.45 on Tuesday, which was then moved to today (Wednesday) due to being double booked. Agent never showed up. No phone call, no email, no answer at office when I tried to call. Left after 15 minutes, leaving a voicemail to let them know we were going.
