I had walked past this shop a few times since it opened, without giving it a second glance as I thought it was just another bog-standard household supplies shop. However today I noticed doormats outside (which I needed) so I went in and what a surprise! It's like Dr Who's Tardis - small from the outside and enormous inside - it goes on and on...! The guy there, Tony, was so helpful and was happy for me to wander the aisles just taking it all in. There is pretty much everything you could ever need and plenty more besides - and so orderly and neat. Wonderful - it's a great resource for the area.
What an amazing shop full of absolutely everything you might need! Am so pleased to have a shop like this in the town with the most friendly and helpful staff. The item I needed was out of stock but ordered immediately and will be in tomorrow morning, great customer service! Thank you!
Popped in yesterday as there were brushes outside. Very impressed and what a lovely welcome. The young man was very appreciative that we had bought something. It looks like a very tidy and organised shop , we wish you all the best with your business. Mentioned they would be open during lockdown and so we will definitely be back.
Fantastic service - I only wanted 2 machine screws but nothing was too much trouble - he searched for 10 minutes until he found what I needed. He then told me to decide what they were worth - I tried to give him a pound and he gave half of it back - seems to have everything DIY, great service and good prices
Excellent range, helpful staff. An actually decent local hardware store in town, not miles out of the way on an industrial estate. Recommend for all the bits you suddenly remember you need.
