Wow what a find, a rare gem of a shop.
Robert and his team are absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable. We’ve used them for a couple of repairs now and both times they were exceptional. The owner, female assistant and goldsmith were all very friendly and kind.
Their work is absolutely top class and very reasonably priced.

I had a beautiful wide zigzag gold bracelet that I was extremely fond of. It had been repaired on several occasions, but was never properly fixed and was in danger of falling off and being lost forever. I took it in to scrap it and was offered a fair price. Then it was suggested that I had it melted down and redesigned. I now have a gorgeous new bangle that is totally unique and I love it. These guys are creative and imaginative and know exactly what they are doing. Nothing was too much trouble including several fittings and getting it properly assayed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
A big thank you to Robert from Robert’s Fine Jewellery based on the Upper Level of the Belfry Shopping Centre. I needed my watch battery replaced only to discover the back had been cross threaded when it was previously replaced by a jewellers in Kingston Upon Thames. Robert was excellent in making sure the job got done, and sent it to a watch repairer. This only took a couple of days and Robert also steam cleaned and buffed out the scratches on the strap. I can honestly say the watch hasn’t looked so good in years and everything cost only £15 so can’t recommend this jewellers highly enough.
Since opening his store in Redhill, my fiancé and I have only ever been impressed with both Robert and his staff.
His vintage stock keeps us both coming back but when recently a ring I purchased needed some attention, he was only too willing to advise, help and recommend.
So impressed have we been with Robert’s Fine Jewellery that we bought our weddings rings from him.

Fantastic service at this family run jewellery shop. I had new watch batteries fitted (one was tricky as the back couldn't come off - another shop had failed to get the back off) and a new watch strap ordered.
