Gail was wonderful! She guided us through the whole mortgage process and was always on the other end of the phone whenever we needed her. No job was too big or small and was always willing to help. She made buying a house so much easier!

Fantastic service. Mortgage Sure were able to arrange a home visit to discuss our needs. We were offered a range of products and were put under no pressure. This enables us to pick the product that best suited us. There was regular contact throughout and the service was always professional. Highly recommended.

I called into Mortgage sure just before Christmas about obtaining a buy to let mortgage on a property I rent out .The advisor appeared most helpful and said he could probably get me a mortgage but it might take a little time as everything wasn't completely straight forward and due to it being Christmas wouldn't be able to do much until the new year .I later rang him and asked about his fee .He said £250 up front and another £250 when the mortgage is secured .Later that evening he rang again and said if I popped in with all the relevant paperwork the next morning he would try and get me an offer in principle then .He also asked if I was able to bring the £250 . Out of interest I went online and found a company called L &C. Mortgage brokers , I rang them and discussed my requirements .The advisor I spoke to was most shocked that I was being charged a fee for finding me a mortgage as he said the fee comes from the lenders on completion of the mortgage .I messaged My advisor and said I had found a broker who would find me a mortgage for nothing at which point he said he would waiver his fees !! Needless to say I went with L&C who found me a great deal that didn't cost me a penny .

I used Mortgage Sure to remortgage my house this year and thought the service was brilliant throughout. The mortgage advisor Dee was honest, knowledgeable and very efficient. She worked hard to get us a better deal than we had found trying to sort it out ourselves. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Brilliant service, I was told of Mortgage Sure by a close friend of mine, so my wife and I decided to give them a go. The Guy (Phillip) who came to see us was amazing explained everything in simpler terms l, which helped us choose a new mortgage and save us money in fact we also took out life insurance and critical illness. Phillip is a top bloke and very professional we will definitely recommend them . Thanks again
