I recently took my sons 2 suits to be dry cleaned. They were not marked but needed freshening up. I collected them the following day only to discover when I got home they were both badly stained. I returned to the shop and questioned why the owner hadn't checked them. In all I made 5 extra trips and the suits were cleaned multiple times before they were acceptable. On my final trip I asked for a refund of the £16 due to the time I'd wasted and the poor service. The owners reaction was " you're not getting a penny back" He then verbally abused me with names I am unable to put in print, told me to get out of his shop and never to come back. There were no other customers to witness this threatening behaviour. The shop is dark and dingy inside and I should have gone with my first instinct and found somewhere else. Don't be fooled by the low prices as the quality and customer service is even lower. The owner needs to go on a dry cleaning course followed by a customer care course. If it was possible to give a zero star rating then I would.

I received a brilliant service and job done at this shop. I had my daughters sea cadet parade uniform dry cleaned , ironed and altered. I asked for crease to be put in certain places and this was carried out brilliantly. The uniform looked like brand new. The customer service was good and I was listen too and they were very polite. I will be using this place again as trying to get parade uniform done correctly is difficult.

Took my coat here for a dry clean. Paid £20 for it to be cleaned. Went and collected a few days later to then realise my coat had been burnt. All the fur was singed. When explaining this to the man behind the counter he began to put the blame on his father (the person who owns it). I then waited for the owner to come and started to explain the situation. He started to swear at me and at his son in there language then refused to do anything about it and just stormed off in a huff. The person behind the counter (the son) said he would give me £20 pound out of his own pocket and wouldn’t tell his dad. While explaining that my coat was very expensive and I’m not willing to accept that he also refused to resolve the issue or replace my coat. I don’t recommend anyone to go to these people. They are rude. Disrespectful and when you try to take up an issue with them they deny the blame.

Cheap, but as other review, the opening hours, whilst posted on the net and on the door, seem to be suggestions at best. Told dry cleaning would be ready Monday afternoon, called Monday at 17.15 (open until 1800), and the place was in darkness, not a soul to be seen. Had to go back Tuesday morning, which was a pain with work, but needed the items for a funeral.
