I normally do not write reviews, but I will make an exception on this occasion. I do not expect to be insulted from the person cutting my hair. I do not consider my hair was in a mess as described by the stylist as "the worst she has ever seen". Nor do I expect same stylist to be so aggressive unfriendly and humiliating. I left salon very upset,almost in tears. Coming myself from Eastern Europe as is the stylist I assume I would expect better civility. When I got home, still upset, my English husband was shocked to hear of my experience. I believe the way you treat your customers is as important as the service you provide. To add insult to injury I was charged top price.

Was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. Most hairdressers I've used have been shy of cutting my hair short but Anna has done exactly what I want with skill and attention to detail, absolutely thrilled.
