Went for a birthday £25 all inclusive cocktail deal. Drinks were good however manager is overly rude, marching around the place, no customer service skills, asked us to slow down drinking. Won’t take any orders and sends the waitresses over. Rest of the bar staff was lovely only the manager was the let down.

Waited for 40 minutes without a waiter/waitress coming over, spoke to staff and both bouncers(at separate times) who each asked different members of serving staff to serve us yet still did not get served. I understand that you are busy and this is an unusual time with opening up after corona, however if you are open and are accepting people then I would expect you to atleast come over and take our order (considering that bar service is not an option). Special thanks to both bouncers who were calm and assuring initially and then apologetic when we left nearly an hour later having had no sign of even an order of a drink.

Such a TERRIBLE place. Never come here. This so called bar doesn’t even have a Tripadvisor account which says it all. If you are not a local, you’ll get treated terribly. We came here for a drink and the bar staff sneered at us. We waited over half an hour for a drinks and still no sign. Eventually we walked out... meanwhile the staff were chatting to all their mates in the bar. Avoid !!

Booked a table for 8pm, weren’t allowed in until 8.30. Lots of others in the same situation as us. When we did get in, table service was shocking. First set of drinks came at 9.25. Some people were allowed to the bar to order drinks (friends of the bar staff), others weren’t. No social distancing. Tables are not a safe distance apart. People standing and wandering around. Felt very unsafe so decided to leave! Will not be going back!

Waited over half and hour to get service and when we kept calling for attention we were ignored. But the locals were being severed right away ... Obviously if your a holiday maker then they wont serve you. I think the staff need serious customer service training! Look at the other reviews which also suggest bad service!
