Great staff and health guidelines in place. Got there 10 minutes before closing time with a bunch of keys to copy and they were more than helpful to promptly assist before closing. Also, one way system in place, use of correct PPE by staff, and guidelines for customers.
Everyone at the business was very friendly, polite and helpful. They made a stressful situation easy to deal with and even delivered my newly cut key to my workplace. Very well priced as well.

The shop has a car park at the rear, and although the shop may have seen better days, the staff are fantastic. I called a day in advance to enquire about getting a car key cut onto an after market blank I had, they told me to pop in at anytime & it'll cost me £10. Just like a house key it was done there & then! Got back to my car & changed everything (or so I thought) from the old fob to the replacement - car wouldn't start. After 20 minutes of Googling, I asked one of the guys, he came out & said the immobiliser isn't in the new one "I'll sort it for you now". Despite me beating myself up about my blonde damsel in distress moment, he came back out 10 minutes later saying he had to cut, chop & saw this hidden immobiliser out - all done! Fantastic service, would definitely recommend, thank you :)
