Very good. My dogs love going there I never feel they are trying to upsell services. A recent recommendation I was given for treatment of tender pads was Mushers Wax to spread on their feet. My vet said that it would be cheaper on line that from them. These type of cost savings are very welcome as the bills are paid by a charity. I would strongly recommend them to any pet owner

Very friendly vet and made us feel very at ease even though we were not allowed in due to covid regulations. Receptionists were very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable every time I rang to ask a question. Would highly recommend
