On Christmas eve at 12 Noon, I noticed that after our morning walk my Terrier had torn his dew claw, it was vet painful for him. I called my usual vets who were just closing and were not very helpful. So I called Bay Tree who were open until 4pm, they saw me an hour later and removed the dew claw and gave pain relief. This was so helpful and kind, and shows real concern and compassion for animals. Thank you very much.

Usually £9 to clip my dogs nails, I expected a little increase because of covid. I didn't expect 100% increase charged £18 today, when i asked if a mistake had been made, the receptionist told me they can charge whatever they like.not pleased. Nails trimmed OK though.

We highly recommend Bay Tree. Laura, Adam and the staff have been amazing throughout our dogs recent treatment. Every stage of examination and treatment was clearly explained, our expectations managed and our many questions answered. What was an anxious time for both our dog and our family was made much easier with the kindness, care, attention and commitment of the team. We are very grateful for the support and service. We received.

Fantastic- such lovely staff, very knowledgeable vet and fantastic prices. Having a vet that knows what she’s doing makes life easier and also cheaper. 10 star.
