Overall decent service, I’ve used them twice now in the last couple of months for work. I wasn’t impressed with the mannerisms when it came to extend as it seemed like I was putting them out even though I a had a legitimate reason (vehicle at dealer).
Both times they never offered a drop off and when I asked the first time they said I would have to wait at least 30 mins before this was possible so quite disappointed about that this the 3 stars.
The vehicles were kept in a decent condition not great, but decent enough for a rental firm. I’ve been to many enterprise depots and this one was a decent one.
Very friendly, attentive and efficient. The vehicle was spotless. Booking and pickup was effortless.
Advertisement is completely different from reality,
For example,
1) cars available online but not in reality
2) the cheapest price of the small cars to pull customers are never in stock, i believe they never even buy that car.
3) the lowest price you see online are just fraudulent kind of thing as you fall for it and go to them, thats when the actuall price starts, the Hidden charge of £20 on top of the said price online. How??
Lets say..you hire a small car with the price advertised online of £35 but... if the cars wheel get punctures... you pay staggering £800 to repair it, if the windscreen get lil scratches ? You pay £800 to repairs,
To avoid the £800 ... they offers you of another £20 (hidden charge) wich most people will take it.
So basically the small car that has been advertised online for £35 will raise to £55.
It means in future if you ever see the advertisement of £35...then its actually £55.
Its same everywhere.
The cars clutches are mostly burnt
Great location. Really helpful staff, and a quick service.
