I am disabled and have an assistance dog. The couple times I tried to take an Uber with him, they were very discriminatory and hostile. A&b cabs, on the other hand, has always been happy to book me a taxi that had no issue taking my assistance dog for my disability. Efficient and quick service for booking, professional and understanding drivers, plus great prices. Even though allowing assistance dog access is a legal requirement, sadly a lot of places don't respect this, which can be horribly stressful. So I am genuinely thankful for how accommodating you have been. Please keep it up!!

I was out last night in the city centre we went fat cats with a few friends then went McDonald’s to get some food to finish the night off. As we got outside McDonald’s I asked how much a black cab taxi How much would be for 3 people to south wigston the guy in the black cab said £18-20 which is very steep. So I googled taxi near me and A&B came up so we all walked up there took us about 4-5 minutes from McDonald’s. I went inside the office and booked the taxi with 2 drop off in south wigston they quoted me £10.00 which was good compared to the back cab. and also the guy who takes the calls gave me a flyer and said to download their app it’s easy to book on the app as it pin points your location and it’s very easy to book on their app I downloaded it and looks simple and easy to book on their app. So if you going out in town then use these guys prices are good and service is excellent. Better to use A&B Cabs rather than flagging a black cab down you will save money and be safe. Specially the chap in the office was nice and friendly which made me feel comfortable. Good service provided from this company I’m really impressed turned up on time the staff on the phones are friendly. Amazing part is how you can track your driver and tells you what car he has and how far he is. I’ve used this company for a while and it’s important to always write a review of your experience or service you have had with a company or a service someone has provided. I would highly recommend to use this company.

My first visit in Leicester, my journey was from Leicester Train station to Next Head office and return at 6PM. Service was spot on each way. it was easy to book my Taxi online on their website plus paid in advance by card. The drivers were friendly and helpful, specially morning driver bless he had to wait extra. Because I made exit on wrong side. Will recommend them to all Londoners comes to Leicester.

Honest and reliable service from this company. Would recommend to use these guys. Pretty impressive text message system updating you about your booking how far your taxi is and drivers phone number and vehicle details. 10/10 give them a try.
