A brilliant service provided from start to finish. I have had a car from Hertz on 3 occasions, their car rentals prices are very reasonable and no long delays when checking the car in or out. I would struggle to find a more professional and better value car rental.
Great value rental and friendly staff. But avoid the Super Cover. I thought £26.00 was high for three days; I was astonished to find when I handed the car back that that was a daily price, then they added tax. £79.20 for three days cover; an entire year costs just £37.99 privately. No luck with customer service. I'd signed therefore I had to just deal with it. I don't like businesses that penalise their customers for not paying enough attention to spot when they are being ripped off. I'll go with a more reasonable agency next time.
The vehicles they advertise are nothing like the actual ones in stock, rented a Mercedes B class and was offered a Nissan Quasqai SUV. Customer service to amend the rental was good and friendly though.
I have rented from them several times. Always great customer service. Much much better than Europcar.
Great service from Sam and the gang everytime I go here (which is often) - there can be a wait during busy periods, but what hire place doesn't have that!!
