This was a good rental experience despite the trepidation from reading other reviews from previous users here. The small problem being the car i hired was not fully clean it smelt of old cigarette had ash on the floor and the roof and there was loose cannabis under the seat which I got hoovered up. I had to clean myself congealed chilli sauce off the driver seat and down the side of the door. I had to clean this when I had got home. I was meant to hire a Manual Corsa one but was offered Automatic Toyota Corrolla an additional £6 per day. So this was good but maybe upgrading this meant i was just given a recently returned car which had not been fully cleand. I worried the smell would laid to my blame and feared for my deposit, but was happy when that didn't happen. The staff were friendly and very helpful however and were decent despite not being able to walk round with me to handover and unidentified damage to the car- due to covid restrictions. I did have to point out large damage to front bumper and a starboard rear damage before leaving but staff were helpful logging it. On the whole I am happy with my experience and would use them again but recommend you scrutinise vehicle condition before leaving; against the existing damage ledger so as to put your mind at rest and ensure you don't get made to pay for the damage someone else has cause. Particularly important while covid 19 means you cannot walk with rep to inspect /handover vehicle. Thank you.

An ongoing job meant i needed a rental car to be at the place of work to get me home,originally booked for 12 o clock 7/9 although i was contacted by phone to say the car i was hiring was running late this was after 12 and i was already on route told a couple of hours which i said ok i understand but no later than 2-2.30, reasonable time to fully clean any car or source another vehicle,arrived back at branch after taking my time to allow them time to get vehicle to site...no vehicle.Tried countless times calling them to see what the eta would be and goes straight to automated call ,was on and off op 4 for good 10-15 mins at a time no joy.Vehicle eventually turns up at 15.35 great big combo minibus wasnt asked if ok and no apology for lateness until i mentioned it.Inspected vehicle thoroughly finding minor damages not on paperwork and received keys.On setting off on journey home noticed heater blowers were full on and a smell of Weed in the van, drove home with the window down,took this up with one of the guys who picked up vehicle in the morning who confirmed that the vehicle smelt of Weed. Sorry this is not acceptable and customer service is sadly lacking...sorry correction missing.

poor poor poor! Not good enough! I had a terrible day with my van breaking down. I decided to look for a van to hire to keep me on the road and europcar was the company I unfortunately choose. I booked to have the van from Saturday to Thursday and they were quite happy to accept the booking and take my money, to then only call half an hour later to tell me they had no vans. I ask for my money back they say it takes 3-10 working days. What if that was the only money I had to hire a van, I would of been screwed. Luckily I do have the money but this is just not acceptable. I will not ever use again. Bad bad customer service.

Why have I been charged an extra £22 on my credit card? No warning or invoice just taking money for no reason. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

In reply to your reply It WAS the customer service team that where digging there heels in and refusing to discuss the matter with us. Customer service “I don’t think so” From the company that hit out car to Vehicle repair centre, sopp and sopp to The vehicle replacement group to europcar to then the Dept recovery group Joke the lot of you. No customer service from any of you. £143 for a slow puncture that was there before the car was delivered to us Joke.
