My car was booked in weeks in advance for bodywork. I called in the week before to confirm the booking and walk through the job with a technician. Today (Saturday) I received a call from the owner Rob stating that he needed to cancel the booking due to new ramps being fitted on Monday (the day the car was booked in). What a waste of time. He must have known these works were planned well in advance and chose to mess me about and waste my time instead. Fancy phoning a customer at the last minute cancelling. Very unprofessional and unreliable in my opinion.
