Went to Wheel Specialist in Leicester to have my BMW Alloys refurbished. From booking the car in to having the work done was an amazing experience. Dave and Becky are so accommodating and what was the cherry on the top, they managed to colour match my wheels to what was already on the car (metallic gloss black). The car was done in 48 hours and handover was brilliant. Have already recommended Wheel Specialist to all my friends and I personally will continue to use them for any cosmetic work on my car wheels. Definitely a 10/10 for customer service and customer satisfaction.
Fab service. So pleased with my wheels. Had all 4 done in gloss black as the quote was really competitive. And they had a lovely dog 😊

Absolute superb customer service by Becky. Quick and efficient and David was clearly so knowledgeable and experienced with what he does. Highly recommend them. Our alloys were not only scuffed but in pretty poor condition and like new after. Thank you all @thewheelspecialist 👍

Did online application, photos etc etc and got a quote.... Rang up and spoke to a lovely lady and agreed a price and date to book my car in.
After finishing work early to get it down there only to be told we can't do this today ( has a red band round the top ) but will need to get a tool to do and will take a week.... Someone will phone me tomorrow....
Tomorrow came only to be told they can't do it due to the tool costing £700.
Shock was told they can't find any photos of my wheels and if they did have them they would never have been booked in.
Surprising I do have a email confirming they got my photos...
