I wouldn’t even give one star! The staff do not sing off the same hymn sheet and charges that would be waived are charged for. Don’t do the work agreed. Spoke with customer care but might as well of rang the speaking clock!

We've used this centre for a number of years and it takes them ages to get to the root of the problem. Often they get it wrong and you've paid a lot of money for nothing. Yesterday I went in for preMOT check and they told me two rear shock absorbers needed replacement and it would definitely not pass the MOT. To do the work would have cost about £230 inclusive and they were ready to do it there and then. But today the MOT got done (somewhere else) and they said the shockers were fine. What scammers!! And it's not the first time with us.

Arrived on time, told 45 minutes to an hour for 4 tyre's fitted, done and gone in 50minutes excellent.

I bought 4 Michelin tires online, fitting included. It had advertised that wheel alignment was free but if there was something to adjust, if I will agree with these adjustments, I will have to pay (didn't say how much). It happened that I came back just in time when they where preparing to check the alignment, so I could see what they were doing through the window. Nobody told me there are issues with wheel alignment or ask me if they want to adjustment and I didn't see anybody doing anything than checking. I end up paying £72 for nothing. Just to mention on my old tyres were evenly wared and I had to change them because were to old.

Previous 5* rating. Ammended due to a poor experience on my last visit. Took two "technicians" 1 hour to to change 3 tyres on a Sunday. Would've taken half the time of he didn't stop 20+ times to answer the phone. Go home and found that the asymmetric tyre had been fitted with the inside of the tyre facing out. Had to return to have it rectified. Good on price, sadly staff seem lacking in training and efficiency.
