I have placed my property with this letting agent for many years.
Tracey does a great job in a difficult industry.
She trained individuals who have gone on to run their own letting business very successfully.
She deals with many of the forgotten issues which need consideration which most of the others ignore.
I would not put my many properties with anyone else. Her business is dedicated to letting and not bolt on to estate agency.
If you are a private landlord ask your current agent about risk assessments, fire safety assessments and legionella risks.
The answers given will surprise. Most do not know what they are.
