I reached out to this company to have my vehicle valeted at my own leisure, at my home address. When I reached out to this company by telephone call it went to Voicemail, fair enough. I then got an SMS message to the effect of, it wasn't possible for this company to talk to me right now but if I was to drop them an SMS message they would respond "ASAP". So, that is what I did, I sent an SMS message on 20/10 and as of today I am still awaiting a response! Needless to say, my vehicle didn't get valeted when I wanted it to get valeted and I had to take my business elsewhere. Now, I understand people/companies can get busy and amongst all the chaos they may of simply forgotten to reply to me, however, that doesn't help me when I'm reaching out to this company to provide me with a product and, or a service. Thanks.

I can't stress how hard spotless Valeting has worked on our vans today. Given that it's a Sunday his prices are spot on. He turned up with the biggest gazebo we've seen with every tool possible for the job. Attention to detail is outstanding. We will have to have our company vans detailed once a month now, keep making him tea and he doesn't stop. Keep up the good work.

Excellent first class service by Anthony. He takes great pride in his work and puts in a lot of effort. I had my BMW detailed by him about 3 months ago and he did a stunning job, its still sparkling and clean. I have it washed regularly by him and it maintains the excellent finish. He uses the very best products and his prices are excellent. You can go to him or he can come to you, whatever you prefer. The best valeter in the Valleys area by some distance, without a shadow of doubt and very reliable. You must give him a call and use his services, you will not be disappointed. Try for yourself and you will be amazed by the results. He valets, details and washes all ranges of cars from the value of £500 to £50,000+ Jaguars, Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari, Bentley, Porsches etc. No job is too small for him and no job is too big. Whatever car it is, it is guaranteed to look 110% better once Spotless Valeting and Detailing have got their hands on it. Keep it up Anthony and thank you for a great service!
