Had a visit from Paul at the end of August giving us a quote. Decided to go ahead around 4th September, and couldn't be happier with our new garage door and bifold doors!! Measured up the week after going ahead with the quote, and then was given a delivery slot for our doors and asked if we would like them fitted separately or together. We opted for both the same time, so had to wait an extra two weeks for them to be fitted together. But the fitters came Thursday and we couldn't be happier. Thank you to Paul and his gang. Wouldn't recommend them had a porch built had rain pouring in and they wouldn't come and sort it & conservatory doors wouldn't lock and they wouldn't door that either. They give a 10 year guarantee which donr count for nothing. Waste of space very un happy customer.

We came to Protecta to see about enhancing the security of our home via the garage door. Paul was fantastic with us. He showcased a wide range of garage doors and carefully explained the pros and cons of each type. We eventually settled on an insulated sectional. We are so happy with the outcome. Protecta's service was very impressive, the choice is great. Local, friendly and value for money.

Phoned up to ask for a survey and Paul came the same day. Explained the options available to regarding size of the conservatory we were having. I must say the whole process from the initial design to the final touches and everything in between were faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and were are delighted with our conservatory, which we use all the time. Thanks Paul
