One star for All of HSBC, please note this branch is CLOSED as i have just wasted two hours of my life traveling and paying for [email protected] AM Wednesday 8/10/20. I have been a HSBC business customer for 20 years and can't even withdraw my own money. THIS BRANCH IS NOT OPEN AS IT SAY ON THE WEBSITE...

Being a first direct customer we have to use HSBC branshes, this one is great staff very helpful and very pleasant, great service. (Why not 5*then?) They are not open on a Saturday even if it was for just 2hrs it would benefit so many people (yes including me).

One of the worst customer service experience s I've had. An absolute disgrace, do yourself a favour and go to the (busier, but much more helpful) branch in Liverpool city centre.
