Drove all the way to Porthcawl today because according to web listing the shop is open until 5:30pm. But the shop has closed down. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE 😡😡😡😡

Unfortunately I had to return 3 pairs of shoes as they did not fit, which I picked up from a different store. The Porthcawl store was the most convenient for the return. The 2 staff made me feel as if it was an inconvenience to return it to their shop. Huffing and puffing. Trying to work out the refund as there had been a reduction in the price and complaining they had to input the refund individually. They stacked the boxes near the till which then started to fall over.....the reaction was ' oh good god' as if it was my fault. When moving the boxes away from the till the reaction was 'these will have to go back to Llantrisant then' and a big sigh. No thank you or a goodbye just unfriendly faces. I've been in this store previously and the staff were very friendly but unfortunately these 2 were not!

Absolutely fantastic, went in for shoes for my 7 year old son who has flat feet and finds all shoes uncomfortable, the lady that helped me was so helpful and found trainers for my son that are comfortable. Will never go anywhere else clarkes all the way👍👍

Cracking service from the ladies at this shop. We go for all our kids shoes. They bend over backwards to make your kids happy.
