With the support and guidance of Christine I have been able to return to competitive sport following two knee operations. Her ability to explain and accurately assess coupled with her targeted exercise regime lays down a solid foundation for permanent improved performance. Having returned slowly and worked with Christine for now over two years performance has been sustained to a level where promotion to the top division has been achieved. I have been to Skyephysio multiple times for various issues and I have found Chrissy to be so professional, warm, kind and generous with her time. Her knowledge is outstanding and every time I have had a treatment I have left feeling physically so much better and have been educated in the exercises to help me correct the issue. Had a course of Physiotherapy due to having a full knee replacement, Kate was absolutely brilliant, increased my knee bend by 20% lots of great exercises and advice. Highly recommended
