I use car hire companies on a frequent basis, it is refreshing to receive great service from Europcar Swansea. A lot of car hire companies try to get more money out of their customers from upgrades and excess insurance. As a customer, I know what I want and it was nice not to have someone trying to up sell and make more money out of you. The car itself was brand new, clean and great value for money. I've used Europcar in Swansea a number of times and I'll certainly hire again from them. Thank you.
First time renting from Europcar and was extremely straight forward. Unfortunately didn't catch the name of the person who served me but she was great. Although I requested a petrol Astra (which there were multiple of) I was given a bigger diesel Peugeot SUV. I personally didn't mind as the bigger car was actually a benefit for me but I can imagine some people may not prefer this.
Knocked one star off as I purchased a full tank but only had 3/4 remaining in the car but was in a rush so didn't bother with it.
Excellent service. The guy on the front desk couldn't have been more attentive. Would highly recommend. Shall definitely use again.
This company charged me an extra £45 petrol fee when I had filled the car up to the brim, they are dishonest and horrible to deal with, do not go near.
These Guys did me proud. I had hired an astra and got upgraded to an enormous beautiful Seat free of additional charges. It really enhanced my holiday in north Devon.
