The Family court is the worst! poor service, never able to get through, line are cut off by attendants on purpose. i was calling and after 3rd bell they put the phone down. Then rang again and the automated message spoke and cut me off, then i rang milliseconds later and the line rang through to 5 minutes and was cut off by someone. i have had the unpleasantries of someone called Miss Brown- she needs a few lessons in customer care, and telephone mannerism.

My wife work here. So I went to drop her to work. They all work more hard during this corona virus pendemic.

Handy if your a women contesting a case in family court. Dont bother if your a father...

Perhaps if they didn't protect liars who don't fulfill their contracts I might give a higher rating! Today we sat in front of Judge Hampton at our permission to appeal hearing who ruled that Chris Buckley of Perfect Moment Films, the provider of our wedding DVD had fulfilled his contract with his first DVD even though we provided email evidence of him stating some of the faults on this DVD were his fault and that he would rectify these faults. After two more edits we still hadn't received 3 copies of a completed DVD yet Judge Hampton concluded this didn't matter as we wasn't happy with them anyway which was due to the technical faults these edits also contained. Even the defendant when asked in court by Judge McClure said these were technical faults, which incidentally PMF own contract stated would be corrected free of charge. We paid £1,375 for this DVD back in 2015 yet due to todays ruling we will never receive a complete DVD of our wedding. All involved need to hang their head in shame!!!! Chris Buckley for his lies in court and Judge McClure and Hampton for allowing him to get away with it, even though we had a statement from the vicar at the permission to appeal hearing proving the defendant a liar on why he had filmed the bride behind a pillar in the church and one from the photographer disputing Chris Buckley's claims of it being his fault PMF had missed the confetti shot. This was inadmissible evidence as she stated we could have provided these statements in the main bundle instead of the supplementary bundle. Yes our mistake on the photographers statement yet we explained we had only traced the whereabouts of our vicar at a later date due to him moving several times and now being retired in a totally different part of the country even though we had started trying to trace him from the start and we filed the evidence the moment we received it! We were admonished in court by the Judge for her lack of the main bundle yet when I called the court I was told I didn't need to provide this as the court already had a copy. We submitted all the documents we had on time which was 14 working days before the hearing but due to LCC poor recording of Judge McClure's judgement we had to ask for an extension of our skeleton argument being submitted. We only had Judge McClure's approval of the defendants barristers notes of judgement days before our court date yet we were at fault for supplying these documents 2 days before yet the defendants solicitor who was supposed to file their documents 10 working days before did so 2 days before also and this wasn't even commented on!!!!!!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mr Robinson and the security team for helping to find my girlfriend's Pandora Bracelet which was misplaced in the court earlier on in the day. They were more than helpful and we're very happy that someone was kind enough to hand the bracelet back in.
