Very poor service, rude staff, unclear terms of service. Took over 2 week's to come and replace rear window, and wanted payment before doing the job. Have paid in full but still not had the window replaced. Would have been quicker to do it myself. Would not recommend unless they are the last company available, and even then with reservations.

Awful, awful experiece, the manager I spoke to (called himsef Matt) was rude, condescending and didn't seem to know how a phone works, and he was one of the least awful people I spoke to, put me on "hold" at one point and I could hear people in the background swearing, laughing and making rude remarks. It must be a barn. I hate to leave a negative review but if you hear someone calling you a "fat f-ing idiot" over the phone I think you would too. I could forgive their long wait times, overpriced, shoddy work but personal abuse is never okay. Would give zero stars if I could

2 x windscreens over 3 years both wrong the second windscreen I made sure to tell them about the first mistake still got it wrong, had to have further 2 x appointments turned up at auto windscreens my appointment was 9.30 changed to 11am but already at centre not good enough for a company that deals with windscreens and multiple appointments
