This used to be my childhood dentist before moving away. Now that I have returned, I pondered rejoining the practice. I read the reviews about the practice and found a negative one, which made me apprehensive at first. However, as my parents still use this place without an issue, I decided to take a chance. I called up and they were really helpful and polite. I got an appointment without any hassle and on arrival, was greeted by a lovely receptionist. She was polite, helpful and welcoming. There was a minimal wait to see the dentist, who was very courteous and had a demeanor that would make the experience less daunting, for even the most nervous of person. I'm now glad that I ignored the negative reviews and made the decision to join Swan once more.

The above practice in my opinion gives a friendly and professional service. The staff listen and explain fully the reasons for their actions. One also feels the dentist is really trying to provide a long term solution for preserving my teeth. they are doing a very good job in a hospitable way. May it continue.

I was looking for a good private dentist and found that amazing little place. it is spotless, super-friendly and very professional. Definitely recommend!
