Was having trouble with my back tooth phoned to book an app but was told emergencies only due to the pandemic. The dentist himself phoned me back with minutes and discussed my problems over the phone. I was then seen given antibiotics and told to return in a week which I did. The male dentist removed my tooth on this occasion and although I was very scared and nervous he was so reassuring and professional and tbh one of the best dentists I have seen by far. I have always been scared of the dentist and have had many a bad experience but after this experience I can see that not all dentists are the same . To some it is not just a job this dentist actually cares for his patient's too. The girls and receptionists have always been lovely so anyone thinking of changing their dentist or are too scared to go to their dentist go to Whitcombe dental surgery the care there is outstanding and like I said hes one of the best. kindest and gentlest dentist around.
I booked an appointment there last week. I was treated by the male dentist there who was very kind, caring and compassionate. He cleaned my teeth in detail and did a full check up in my mouth. Best dentist in the area
Had a filling a long time ago. Dentist had not cleaned it properly and filled it in leaving food to rot underneath. This caused me further problems and ended in me needing root canal surgery. Receptionists are lovely though
Rude patronising receptionists and the female dentist must have perfect teeth to look at you with disgust for having a little plaque so condescending never go back at would never recommend they need training in how to treat people they are vile
Been there a few times now and the last 2 times have been horrible due to the female dentist talking down to me and being very condescending telling me off for coming there due to the pain I’ve experienced from the very poor service I have been given over the last few weeks. Stay away. Butchers come to mind
