Great service every time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Car rental places can be a bit daunting but these guys surprisingly make the process super easy.
Ive boosted this to 2 stars as ivr had two previously acceptable experiences. But:
After waiting for an hour after my allotted appointment to collect a van i had reserved and paid for, i was told there were no vans on site. Not only this but i was given misleading and unhelpful advice on what i could do and they did not process my refund as they were supposed to (and have not contacted me with an apology or refund since). I can only assume they were in a rush as they had a long line of frustrated customers.
To make matters worse, I have since called to complain and the person at Enterprise customer service started my enquiry "but had to take his lunch break" mid call and assured me a colleague woulf contact me with details of my complaint and a reference number which has yet to happen after almost a week.
Very good customer service 👏
