Such a shame, they have really lovely things in the store but the customer service is awful. I would advise anyone buying from there to triple check the clothing/jewellery before taking home. I certainly won’t be returning to shop for my wedding next year.

I always find unique and excellent quality clothing here. Staff are friendly, helpful and often find you just the outfit you were looking for once they know your style.

BE WARNED BRIDES TO BE. I bought my reception outfit from here a few months ago. Slight hook issue but I liked the dress so then bought it and they offered to fix it. It had broken off by the time I got home, it's fine right only a hook. The reason why I bought it is that the lady promised me these are ONE-pieces and won't be made again. This is what sold me on buying the dress as I know no one else would have seen it. I walked down this week only to see an IDENTICAL dress in the shop window to mine I had bought. So much for one piece. I have many family members in Leicester and I now have to look for another dress as I am sure some potential guests will now be wearing the same style. So disappointed, I will never be shopping with you again.

I was horrified to read such reviews , l purchased two evergreen saree from Indikal many years ago one black saree and one a beautiful baby pink, ( 17 years ago) to be honest as a part of wedding gifts from my grandparents totalling about £650, and as you do my eye caught a third saree, l was all paid up at this point and both pieces had been packed. And my heart desired the third saree, but my mind was like no stop spending, and l remember the owner she said it's a beautiful piece and l select each piece myself. And clearly you have an eye for classic evergreen pieces Whether it was a sales pitch l dont know, and my fiance said get it babe but l was like no, the owner said if you like it take it and send me the money, when you can, l was taken aback, l did say how can you trust me ! To which she replied l can tell your honest, the service was outstanding, the owner was passionate about the elegant pieces, and l wore the pink saree last year August and l was asked where l got it from and now my 11 year old wants it when shes old enough.
