If you want an estate agent to give first class, bespoke, and excellent service, all at a very competitive price then Lin Hayden has to number one on your list. We did not get what we paid for, we paid for a standard estate agent and we got so much more for our money. Lin worked tirelessly for us to take us all the way to completion and regularly went above and beyond our expectations. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

After experiences with other local agents, don't bother going anywhere else to sell your home. I called in the afternoon, Linda came round the same day, had all photos done the next day and it was on line in the afternoon. Two days later it was sold due to the fact they had 5 viewing's lined up in one day which they also took care of due to the current situation while I went out. Job done..!!!
