I was extremely grateful to the Pavlova Princess when she created a fantastic masterpeice for my wedding. Ashleigh, who runs the business, was always great to deal with and as we only had about 50 guests, she was good as advising how many tiers we would need so everyone got a nice slice for dessert. The best part was when it got unveiled to my husband and I before dessert. The guests weren't expecting it and it looked absolutely stunning decorated in fruits and berries. I also liked that it was a 'lighter' option to go with very filling starters and mains. A few of my guests couldn't have cream so Ashleigh very kindly prepared them something nice as an alternative. She was extremely affordable and I highly recomend her to anyone after something a little more 'unusual' on their Wedding Day. Plus it tasted delicious! My guests couldn't stop talking about it and it made my day.
