This agency is basically a fraud. It is in fact a company arranging mortgages for a fee, but they pose as a real estate agency to attract customers. During the first interview, they fish for your personal info, and agressively promote their mortgage selling services, and if you refuse to become a customer in that regard, they will not show you the house that you are interested in. A bate and switch fraud.
Many thanks to Shauna and the team. They helped to complete the sale of our inherited family home quickly and with minimum fuss. We also appreciate the care and consideration that was given to us during a difficult and emotional time. Would definitely recommend their services.
