Not recommended. After having a positive initial experience and engaging this estate agent in July to sell our property we have had a series of problems that have resulted in a complaint to the Property Ombudsman and Rightmove. A floor plan and better quality photos were requested after the property was listed on Rightmove. The photos were not changed and the the floor plan took weeks to be produced. We requested to cease the sale agreement to move to another agent after being dissatisfied with this service. The listing was not removed, and our new estate agent could not list again on Rightmove. After 5 weeks of requests we have now withdrawn the right to sell and have obtained the keys. And yet, the property is still listed on Rightmove. Our aim was to part ways amicably but this has not been possible. We are now going via the Data Quality team via Rightmove to get the listing removed. Apparently Kingston Newell’s terms are 56 days notice in writing to remove this listing however no contract or terms of service were ever received or signed. Hence we had no way to be aware of this requirement until we were informed by the office after weeks of these discussions taking place.

property was put up for sale very quickly and we already had a full asking price offer within 1 week of being on the market. The sale was then completed swiftly and quickly which allowed me to move in just in time for Christmas late last year. The sales team were very friendly and helpful. Good job.
