Emma and the team at Crook and Blight were absolutely wonderful in helping us securing a rental property in a very stressful time. A combination of new job, new city, moving over Christmas and COVID19 was making it difficult for my partner and I to find a new rental property, and even then complete a viewing in time virtually. They have been super responsive over email and the phone to help us rent this beautiful property in time for the New Year. Their virtual experience was also key for us being able to rent, since physical viewings were a challenge to us. We're extremely grateful for their help :)

Following the recent sale of my property, I'm really pleased to be able to make this five star rating. The whole process with C&B was very poliet and professional. We found great transparency with a feeling of trust. Appointment booking was initially by phone then email confirmation. Email only communication from me was always answered promptly and concise. The chap that did the pictures was a nice guy you didn't mind showing about your house. Made recommendations and did the job right first time. Five star service from all the team. Thanks guys.

I am extremely disappointed and fairly angry with this company. I called up and enquired about a rental property within a few hours of the property being put up for rent. I was greeted with an extremely underwhelming and non responsive person named holly who quite bluntly told me they are holding no viewings at the moment until next week where she will call me and book in a block viewing. Just checked the property again this evening and it has already gone, not even a phone call to explain the property was no longer available. I hope nobody else has this unfortunate experience with holly
